System failure

A few days ago, I saw this patient in the "R" room (urgent resucitation). He was just seen in the cardiology clinic next door, and was noted to have very low BP and a very slow pulse. No one did anything, not even all the cardiologist. She was just send directly to the Emergency room. No one did CPR, no one give her any medication. What is wrong with our system now when Cardiologists dont treat heart diseases anymore.

Passed ALSO, not much thrill, it is just quite easy, given all the drill and practice. Hope it is useful for me.

ALSO day 1

Just done the first day of ALSO (Advanced life support in obstetrics). Quite interesting, it is going to be useful for me (sooner or later), provided I pass the examination tomorrow.
